QuickBooks Support

Buttons QuickBooks Support is a discreet service offered to small businesses who plan to use QuickBooks On-line to perform their own bookkeeping in–house but who lack confidence in using the software or who are in other respects nervous about computer usage on-line, or for employees newly appointed to perform the book-keeping function without QuickBooks experience.

The Tutorial

There are two components to our QuickBooks Support. We offer a short 1 hour tutorial at our offices in Launceston. The tutorial is tailored to you, so if you have started experimenting with QuickBooks, we’ll concentrate on the things you need to know like using QuickBooks to monitor key supplier accounts and credit control in your business. But if you’re a novice we’ll start at the beginning with inputting receipts and invoices, bank reconciliation, account codes and standard QuickBooks reports.

On-going Support

Our on-going QuickBooks support package extends help in down-to-earth language and with the comfort of an annual support after you attend a tutorial or after you purchase a QuickBooks licence from us. We’ll pro-actively check that you are doing things right, we’ll recommend standard QuickBooks reports and provide tips on how to overcome common mismatches between your practice and getting the most out of your system.

  1. It is a condition of the provision of service that the Customer has purchased a QuickBooks On-line licence through Buttons.
  2. Buttons’ QuickBooks On-line Tutorial and Support Product constitute the provision of training and support, not bookkeeping nor accountancy services, and Buttons accepts no responsibility for, and has no duty to give incidental advice on tax liability arising from the provision of these services. It is the customer’s responsibility to secure the input of data to enable QuickBooks On-line to be used for HMRC Self-Assessment & Year End tax returns, and VAT submissions. Buttons’ may be appointed and assist in providing the latter accountancy services for a customer, but those services would be the subject to a separate contract between us and on Buttons’ full client terms and conditions available on its website.
  3. Payment for QuickBooks On-line Tutorial and Support Product must be made in advance of the provision of services, and will be invoiced to existing clients after an order has been placed.

Annual Accounts for small and medium businesses

Preparation of your annual accounts at the end of your financial year including submitting the statutory requirements to Companies House and HMRC
